All prices are subject to a 22% taxable service fee and the Connecticut State sales tax
Payments/Guarantees:
A nonrefundable initial payment of $2000.00 is due at the signing of the contract by personal check or cash.
25% of the final bill is due nine (9) months prior to the wedding and 25% is due three (3) months prior to the wedding. The remaining balance is due in full 72 hours prior to the wedding. A cashier’s check, money order, or cash is required for final payment. The Riverhouse will not accept a credit card for payments. The guarantee of guest counts and meal selections are due 72 hours prior to the wedding. The count given 72 hours prior to the wedding is the number that will be charged, if over the minimum guarantee.
